About Me

Kayla Tang is a BFA student in Digital Media & Design at the University of Connecticut, concentrating in Web Design. With a strong foundation in front end design and development, she’s developed a growing passion for UI/UX and is especially interested in creating thoughtful, user centered experiences that feel intuitive, accessible, and engaging.

Her background in web design allows her to approach digital problems with both creativity and structure, blending aesthetics with usability across web and mobile platforms. She’s currently working on expanding skills in tools like Figma and Visual Studio Code, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through interactive prototypes.

Kayla is eager to apply her skills in real-world projects, especially in roles where she is able to continue to learn, solve problems and contribute to making digital experiences more inclusive and smoother.
